I have read a lot of stories by shooters needing ammo, especially military ammo, and unable to find it here in Canada. At the gun shows there are hundreds of fellow shooters and hunters and there is often great deals on ammunition for our sports.
Recently I have seen Bandoliers of .303 60 rds for $10.. 7.62 IVI 70 rds for $12.. .380 50 rds for $10.. .577 slugs cast 100 for $5.. 6mm Navy 5rds on Winchester lee clip for $25.. 6.5x55 100 rds for $30.. 10rds 12 g. slug for $6.. 8mm Yugo 20 rds for $10.. 50 rd boxes of .22 ammo from turn of the century each $5.. 300 rds of belted Luftwaffe 8mm within partly sealed marked container advertised $150.. Boxed and cliped 7.7 Jap mg ammo 30 rds $20.
There is much much more at the shows. I have been to many over the years West coast to Ontario. I know it is hit and miss but support your fellow shooters and visit and buy some of those great deals. This aint a commericial it is a fact.
