Howdy, all.

As the title says - I have a Savage / Cooey Model 64 (doesn't everyone) and a nice Bushnell Red Dot sight with an integral Weaver base I'd like to put together. Does anyone know of an adapter that will mate the two?

If you get the utg clip on ones, it adds very little height.

You just squeeze it and clip it over the cross bolt in the optic mount.

Personally I'm not a fan of adapters, that is just my personal preference. Mainly due to the height it adds. Seen a guy at the clip he had one of those adapters FCD posted, then the generic super high rings cheap scopes comes with, and optic was so high off the bore.

Ideally you want to keep the scope dot as close to the center of the bore axis.
When dealing with adapters and large red dots with built in mounts keeping it low is sometimes difficult.

I like these ones(OkayShooter's recommendation) for mounting Picatinny/weaver red dot's on to typical 3/8" grooved rimfire receivers.

Depending on the length of your red dot, one is likely all you need.

Around 20$ a pair on Amazon and I can't remember who, but one of the sight sponsors has some in stock.
