I was going to buy magpul mbus sights, but I wanted the troy industries HK look. There was no way I'm paying $200 for folding sights for a .22. So i opted to buy the airsoft version of the troy industries hk sights. these sights are durable. But they are very sloppy when the are locked into place. They'll be used on an airsoft gun when I finally breakdown and buy one. That's they way I justify being out $50 bucks. So does any one have any suggestions for folding sights. So far the Mbus seem to be the most inexpensive and reliable?
I keep saying "Okay after this part my build is complete and I'll post a pic" But it seems I just keep adding, changing and rearranging parts, rails, accessories and components. Hell I was actually going to have our local gunsmith chop down my rails and cut my handguard from mid length to carbine length. (Yes, I know dlask arms sells a short hand guard) Still think it would look bad ass, and change the weight distribution. I think I have a problem with customizing, lol. My advice to any one going to get a ruger sr 22 for an M4 look, Buy a 10/22 and a troy industries chassis. Your going to change every fricken thing on your gun any way. Might aswell have a lighter system.
