Make your favorite meatloaf, but try a 50/50 or 60/40 or even a 75/25 mix of Venison/Pork hamburger, this works very well for me, even serving my city folk In-Law's that will absolutely not touch anything "wild"! works well in cabbage rolls too, at Christmas time when all the relatives are over. I use a way less rice and much more hamburger in my cabbage rolls. I make a lot and there is never any leftovers!
As a side note, my new Perfect Meatloaf pans are in town at the Post Office, I'm going in this afternoon to get them and have Venison and Pork hamburger thawing as we speak, it's meatloaf for supper tonight!
