This is for a M1905 Winchester right? I had one in .32 WSL for a short time and made up a couple of rounds just to shoot it. It's a very mild round only suitable for close range varmints in my opinion, although a deer might be taken inside 100 yds with it.
Bertram used to make brass for about $3 each. I made up brass from both M1 Carbine and .32-20 and it required the use of a lathe. I loaded a 165gr cast bullet sized to 0.323" over 12.0 grs of H4227, for about 1400 fps. I didn't have any dies and kind of cobbled up a way to size the cases and seat the bullets.
