It all original never been fired and still in the comso, non-Frankenstein, 1952 SkS. It has little black spot's all over the wood stock it and still has the proof stamp's on the front retention stud. Plus every single number matches even the rear cover plate. But the real kicker is that there is a GIANT C under the pistol grip;

Also there isn't a drop of black paint or diamond stamps any were. So I know this is a collector but my question is what the hell is this worth?

Hmmm, the stock seem to have many handling mark but othewise seem clean! I wonder about the value too since i have a never used 1953 with wood almost perfect. Value depend of what a buyer is willing to pay for but in your case maybe 400-450$ but its only my humble opinion. I refused to sell my 1953 for 500$ Wrong or not is not for sale anyway:)

LOL!!!
:D
It's not for sale. I just need to submit it's value to my insurance company to make sure it's apraised & insured properly. It does have the star with the arrow on the stock above the number's but it look's really faint, also the 4 stamps around the center retaining stud are really faint too.
Although no one know's what the deal with the gaint C stamp stands for?
:confused:
I guess I got to try on the sksboard fourm.
Thanx guy's.

you can buy a crate (10) of 1950 to 1953 russian sks's for about 2500 bucks! so 250a gun.... and most guys sell them at 350! personally if im selling to friends 300!

Well................ you can not buy SKS pinned like this one is. So your comparison is an apples to oranges. Plus this is a non refurbed rifle.

First of all where is that C stands. I might be able to help you with that. As to value I can tell you that 400 to 450 is a good price. I have some that I sold for 500 but realistically speaking it is worth 400-450 plus shipping and taxes. I don't know if you can push that throught.
