Need Help Cleaning, First Shotgun

I just recieved my frist shotgun today, a grizzly arm 12.5 12 ga. Since this is my first shotgun I have no clue what to do. How do I strip it apart to clean. Also I stuck some snapcaps in it just really quickly to see if everything was alright, but every few shots the firing pin doesnt go, Is it just because it neeeds to be clean, but yet it will fire prefectly without the snap caps, is it just my snap caps? they are those cheap plastic one

I imagine its pretty close to stripping an 870, if not exactly the same.
