need help finding more Winchester mode 161 (short-lr) with clip and bolt

My friend who has been collecting guns for quiet some time has a Bolt Winchester .22 (short or Lr) with a clip. It's not reblued but almost seems black; also the number, well I can't find anything about it. It's model 161, please help has I might try to get it a deal. It's neat and looks quiet different.
