Need help identifying part for a Ross

Hi all.
Picked up a couple triggers for the Ross, 1910 Mk3? Left one is easy to identify but the right one is a puzzle. Never seen one like it, any help would be appreciated

A guess, but it might be for one of the Mk. III based smoke dischargers mounted on vehicles.
