Can someone tell what this pouch is for? My guess would be mosin nagant ammo pouch?

Looks like for use with x54r on stripper clips. Although stitching, the way of manufacture and material used is very much has German k98sh influence. So may be East German or Polish, may be Czechs'?

Looks like Bulgarian made for Mosin.
