Need help installing a Larue FF Rail

I don't have the tools for installing this rail and need some "Good Karma" help. Is there anyone in the Edmonton area that can help me out with the install? I will pay if that is an issue or I can supply the beer at least!

Actually, I know how to install it. I just don't have a vice, reciever block, barrel nut wrench, etc. So, I'm looking for some assistance.
