need help never got anything in mail after coarse

so Nov. 22 2011 i completed the firearm safety course out in london ontario. I also completed the restricted course Dec. 10 2011 at the same location. i attended the coarse with 4 of my friends and they all received their first letter in the mail saying they completed the safety course. They all received their paperwork a little over a week ago. I just checked my mail again today and still nothing. Im starting to get worried now that something has gotten lost in the mail. Is there a number i can call to see the status?

What should i be doing about this ?

If I am correct, you mean the training course cerficate required for your PAL application(and not the PAL).

How did you book the course ... you must have called them ... pick up the phone and call them.

Alot of places I know issue at the end of the course, and don't amail.
 
I stand corrected. But that being said, when I finnished the course silvercore gave me my papers before I left the building.
 
that is correct i need to get the copy of the test so i can send in all my papers in order to get my pal. The course that i did it with sends in everyones tests and we are suppose to get a copy in the mail. like i said all my buddies got theirs around last tuesday. The office that approved their test results actually looked at them on Dec.22 2011. So i figure its possible that mine went missing ? Such a BS system i dont know why they wouldnt give us the copy at the end of the approved Ontario firearms course ??
