Need help reading a diagram Marlin 336

What part number on the drawing is the screw missing from the reciever in the photograph ?
What is it called, what does it do ?
Where could I get a replacement ?
It's a 1975 336 30-30 WIN that I picked up off a guy at the gun club this afternoon, and the gun functions without it.

When ordering from WGP, just add a few parts you know you'll use. Just look around at your guns, there's always some little thing missing/needed.
