Need Help Resizing problem

Having trouble reloading these cases 6.5 rem mag not sure how old they are .I have no problem with fired once brass .but older ones are very tight and leave a
ridge at the bottom where the Die stops .When I start the case measures
515 after resize 505 .Never ran in to this problem on other Belted cases .

Yes just in front of the belt

They where fired in my chamber but not sure of how many times

The Cases have been neck sized only in the past a few times and now I am FL sizeing maybe this could be the problem trying to bring them back to size the brass my have hardened brass looks shine and hard at the belt after you size and a little peels of like a small shaving?

It might be time to retire that bass, or see if you can find a rather obscure type of sizing die that sized the bottom 1/4"-or-so of belted magnums in a collet-type arrangement.
