I don't remember how long it took, but I got a card in the mail saying that I completed the CFSC. It was probably about a month. I photocopied that and sent it with my application. I guess you'd just have to wait for that though there might be other ways.

For my wife and I it took exactly 4 weeks from the day my instructor mailed off my test results to get the form back from Orillia.
