Hi all, me and the wife are looking at getting into some plinking and target shooting comps but not sure which .22 handgun to invest in. I have experience with 9mm handguns but nothing when i comes to .22. What would you guys sugguest that isn't to hard on the bank and that won't jam once per mag?!!

Cheers

i would also recommend a ruger. i have a MKIII and i've had about 2 FTE's out of about 1500 rounds so far.

Go with either the Browning Buckmark or a Ruger MkIII. Both are good semi's.

Deciding between the two should come down to your personal preference after handling both.

As been said before...........Ruger Mk series (either 1,2, or 3) or Buckmark. The feel will be up to you as to which is better. The older Rugers (Mark 1 or 2) can be bought on the EE for a decent price.:)

If you want to go better, get a good used High Standard bull barrel Citation.
