Need Help to Identify 5.56 Green Tip

I received a couple of rounds of 5.56 FMJ with Green tips to add to my collection. The base is marked WCC 87, I am sure it stands for Winchester Cartridge Co. 1987.
It's tha green tip that I am interested in?
Is it SS 109 ammo?

Actually WCC is Western Cartridge Company (Olin), which also owns Winchester IIRC.

The US uses a green tip to differentiate M855 from M193 5.56mm ammo.

Canada does not because we never adopted weapons (M16, M16A1, CAR15) that use M193, we've only had SS109 standard (Ball, C77) in our supply system.
