If anyone knows where I can get one in Canada please let me know

Also if anyone knows if this recoil system works on FX9 please let me know .

Thank you

Its kind of like the armaspec recoil sysytem, it has a rod that protrudes forward into the bolt. Without augmentation of the bolt or the recoil device, i dont see it working in an FX9. Now, the Sheel roller day is proven to work in the FX9. In fact one of or club shooters just competed with one in his fx9 last weekend

The Armaspec Stealth Recoil spring won’t work with the fx9. The bolt won’t go back with the SRS installed. Do you know if that was a Scheel Gen 1 or Gen 2 that was used in the FX9 and where to get one in canada?

It was the version 2 Sheel.
Well aware of the armaspec not working in an fx9, I was comparing the Maxim roller delay to the armaspec, very symilar systems... neither will work in an FX9
My recommendation is either the Sheel system, the gentle recoil system from blowback9.com (I'm currently using this system and its awesome), and the MBX air system from Freedom Ventures (I have no personal experience with this one)

I had one of the maxim carbine RDB ordered. Put it in my raven 9. I do really like it. Charging as many other forums mention is a bit harder but for competition I don’t think you’d even notice. I run a raptor top Charging handle and it’s very manageable with my off hand. Currently has the factory 18.5” barrel and recoil/dot movement is certainly better than the lockheart/odin adjustable buffer. This winter I’ll make it restricted with a faxon 10.5” that with a comp I’m sure will eat up what little recoil is left.
