Need help where to find older mini 14 parts

Hey im very new to this site so i hope im threading in the right area. Im looking for a stainless steel or nickel 5/40rd mini 14 mag and stainless steel m14 style flash hider and reccesed foward sight. All for a 180 -190 series rifles. I not sure where to find this if anyone has a line line please let me know. I found the parts yeasterday on gun accesories.com but apparently as of today their policy has changed and are not allowed to sell any parts to upgrade firearms to international buyers. I just dont get why the U.S is putting up all these restrictions. Anyway any help will be helpful
