Need help with a Krico .243

I just picked up a Krico 603 chambered in .243 that came with a piece of crap Bushnell scope (that I will use for target practice) and crappy weaver .22 style bases and rings, trying to mount a Leupold VXIII on it but I have no idea what bases to get for it. There has to be someone out there that knows what bases to use for this Krico. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If the crappy weaver base that is on it has not been altered you might be able to cross reference the number and find out what might fit.

Any gunsmith should be able to figure it out if they have it in their shop.

An email to Leupold would probably work as well.
