Hi guys, I just loaded 1000 pcs of .40S&W and I have 185 rounds
that are bulged, I'm glad that I always check them with the gage.
My question is if there is any method to roll size them now
after they are loaded ?
Thanks for the help,
Robert

Looks like a coke bottle?

You can fix most of that problem with Lee factory crimp die. However, if you chamber check those questionable ones in the actual gun you're using, I see no problems with that.

All my 9mm fails the case gage. I don't use factory crimp die either since I'm afraid it'll resize my lead cast bullets too. I shoot coke bottles all the time. I get about 1-2% rejects. I can go on to say I did try FCD with my cast lead bullets but some still fail the chamber check, so now my case gage is collecting dust.

Lee FCD, if you don't have lead bullets (jacketed only).

Next time, if you find it an issue, you can iron the bulge out with a Redding Push Thru die:

It's caused by unsupported chambers allowing the brass just above the webbing to expand. The right-hand one is fully supported, the other two in this pic not so much:

Buy a lee bulgebuster kit. It works great at smoothing out the cases. Ihave one and use it on all my 10mm, 9mm, .40, and 45ACP brass.

Take your pistol apart and try them in the barrel, if they drop in all the way just shoot them. For future resizing here is what I do, I resize my 40 S&W brass with a regular old RCBS carbide die, just screw the die down until it is just above the shell holder but not touching. I have had brass with bad Glock bulges and they came out fine, no "special" tool required.

I'd try to burn the 185 rounds in practice.

The perfect tool is the CaseMaster 100, but they are pricey and made in low volumes.

The bulgebuster will work with 9mm cases (yes). You just need to use your factory crimp die, and the bulgebuster kit. Works like a charm. I pushed through 500 rounds of 9mm brass through it this weekend.
