Need help with MKII Letters

I recieved my Webley MKII today in its orignal holster with shoulder strap its just ex best one i ever had and the holster is also the best.

But its got some stuff writen on it i havent seen wondering if anyone knows what these 3 letters would stand for on the back strap?

Could it be Canadian issued its got WD on it in a few places as well and these arrow heads pointing at each other on the left side.

Broadheads point to point are a sold out of service mark. Canadian Mounted Rifles comes to mind, but that's just a guess. Obviously a Webley would have been originally Uk marked, you'd expect Cdn marks as well, but who knows?
GrantR would be the one to ask.
