need help with my Sr 22

Newbie here, I have tried to unscrew the stock nut, bought the special tool, won't move a bit, I have tried very hard. Same thing with the handguard I can't unscrew it from the barrel nut. I m about to jump on it. Did they locktited it? What can I do? Thanks

The nut is mounted very tight , I just unscrew one last night with AR tool.

It came off with a helping hands to hold down the rifle on a box.
