Need help with precision built

Hi Guys,
I'm looking into building my own precision rifle and looking for good source(s) of Rem 700 short/long actions & bolts and most of all barrels chambered for the most common calibers such as 308, 300WM etc. I know CanAm sells actions but if there is another place, it would be nice. I've got the rest, stock, trigger etc.

I would make an alternate suggestion. I know the Remington 700 has a good reputation, and I have one that I am currently rebarreling. However, I also own a Savage with a precision Target Action. I did not do the build, and it came that way from the factory. However, Savage do sell the target action alone. The trigger can be user adjusted down to 6 oz, and it uses the barrel nut system for locking the barrel. It is way easier to fit a barrel on a Savage than on a Remington. In fact some have multiple barrels and switch them at the range -- it is so easy - A switchbarrel build. I have the right bolt, left port version, and it works really well at the range. I can get three shot groups at 100 meters down to the 0.2" range. With a cut rifled custom barrel it should do even better still.
