To remove the ejector you gotta almost fully detail strip the pistol. The ejector is held by the pin that also holds the safety lever and the sear.

The first time you detail strip a Sig it might seem a little complicated, but like anything else once you do it a time or two its pretty easy. I find the Sig design one of the easier ones to strip.
