Need help with vz-58

Ok, for some dumb reason, I removed the mainspring(recoil spring).
Now, this is one heavy poundage spring!
Any official or easy way to put it back on? I'm really stuck now.

What do you mean 'removed it'? Like, as in took it off the rear cover?

Did the same thing recently. Yup its a ##### to get back on. I used an inner thread of para cord and looped it around the guide inside the top cover. I then ran that thread inside the spring and used it to pull up as I pushed down on the spring. Then use your third hand (girlfriend?) to place the little keeper on top.

Got it back on by putting the rear cover in a vise for the third hand.
