Need help with Warranty on a Kel-Tec PMR30

Hello:
I'm looking for some help with finding out who i should contact about a warranty issue on my Kel-Tec PMR30 (after 200 rounds the chamber blew-up using the reecomended ammo)
I bought the gun second hand but new. the seller dosen't know for sure which online store he bought it from. I was hoping there would be a better way or a more direct route for me to deal with this here in Canada.

Contact Vault Distribution out of New Westminster B.C. 604 522-1999. They are the warranty center for kel-tec in Canada. Gary is the guy you want to talk to, he might be able to help you out but you may need original bill of sale ?
