I was helping my friend to load for his 1911A1 in .45ACP.
We follow the manual and load 200SWC lead bullet to COL 1.260",
max COL is 1.275". What happened when we tried to cycle the
action dummy bullet got stuck in chamber and the slide got locked, but
bushing is sticking outside.
What to do?
How to open the slide?

I think, I know why it happened. The diameter along the edge of the case with loaded 200gr SWC is .472", I messured his factory FMJ 230gr and it was .469".
Now, I wonder how to remove the case.... ???

It sounds like you need a taper-crimp die, but the rest of your original question doesn't really make sense; are you saying you have a chambered dummy round and you can't open the slide to clear it? If so, you're probably going to have to support the muzzle end of the slide (below the barrel, on the end of the recoil spring plug) on a soft non-marring piece of wood, then give the back of the grip a smack with a wooden or rubber mallet. IF IT ISN'T A DUMMY ROUND, this has the potential for an accidental discharge written all over it.

I am a bit stumped, but the slide should rack. Albiet with a bit of force, but it really has got to give.

Please be careful and threat as if it is real round in there. Just in case.

As SDC said this one has potential to turn nasty.

Good luck
