Just been reading the westerns stories about hunting and I am just sick, you guys have it so good, more deer than we have trees in NB, been hunting for 30 years, seen while hunting maybe 70 in those years you guys seem to see that a year.. anyone want a buddy to come hunt with you... i will move..

Well, I have this entire week off for hunting and all I have left is a buck tag. Not even sure if I will bother filling it. Carrying it so that I have something if it presents when I take a young fellow out for is first deer this week. Always room for an additional, conscientious, hunter. Passed a field yesterday that had 18 mixed ### deer in it (yes, I have permission but I try not to hunt on Sundays) Glassed another spot, clear cut on a crown land swamp, that had 3 moose in it. Kind of a job to get out without a quad, but, doable if you 1/4 it and packed it out. So come on out if you need to, OP. I'll get ya on a shooting gallery right now.
Just be very careful if you do make it out. My buddy from Ontario came out for a "once" in a lifetime elk hunt a few years back. He's been back twice since then, and still wants more.
The first day of his first trip we had seen deer, elk, bear, and a cat. He said "Wow, If I had to go home right now and this would still be the best hunt I've ever been on."
