Need ID and estimated costs

First looks like an M1 Carbine - no idea of value. Take photos of any markings.

Second is some kind of a Mauser, probably a Second World War era Nazi production K98. Value can range widely depending on a variety of variables. Is it an all numbers matching veteran bring back? Couple of grand. Is it a Russian or otherwise captured rifle, with a variety of mismatched parts? Less than a grand - realistically, although some folks seem to feel RC K98's are now in the grand plus region... It could also be a post war refurb. Need photos of markings to determine.

Carbine is likely a standard products by serial # bolt has been refinished IE chrome colour not sure why (I have an inland with same bolt....) stock and hand guard has ben refinished GI was never like that pic

restricted class rifle as barrel looks orig, sling is on backwards and missing the metal end tab on one end

if you take it apart every part if usgi will be marked barrel, bolt, oprod trigger housing are important

value of M1 carbine between $300-700 by current trends on cgn personally I get them all the time on the low end

The carbine has the Korean War refurb rear sight, but lacks the bayo lug. Stock on both rifles appears to be re-finished.

I have an IBM model M1 from World War 2.

No indication that it was ever refinished or re-barrelled, (has the restricted length barrel) but also doesn't have the bayonet lug.

Actually, I've seen several war era M1 like that.

The Mauser appears to be a 1944 k98k Czech Refurb rifle that has been heavily sanded. DOU code on the receiver: Waffenwerke Bruenn AG, Werk Bystrica which is located in czechoslovakia. Should make a good shooter. Value: 650-800$ depending on the buyer/market.

Yes. WW2 carbines did not have the bayo lug. It was added later. And the rear sight was changed. WW2 was a 2 hole flip sight.
