What would you like to know?
It's not a Martini Henry, just a Martini.
Martini Henry's are the large frame Martini's.
Made in the 50's through to probably the 70's. Al Freeland imported a lot of them and sold accessories.
Worth $500 to maybe $750 - although I wouldn't pay much more than $500.
Most are very well used, lots of rounds through them. Serious target shooters don't baby their guns -ofter lots of bluing wear, holes drilled etc.
As I remember, models mark 1 to 3 and then some lettered models.
One of the few guns available in a true left hand version, a mirror image of the right hand gun.
Very good shooters and a lot of fun to shoot. Great, unusual looking gun.

Google it, lots of info on the web.

I have a mint condition MK 2 BSA Martini Int'l. that i got for a good price w/unertl target scope(also collectors item)....the action is diff. from Martini cadet in that it is access. front the top and side, whereas the cadet is access. only from the top. The martini cadet is easier to convert to larger cases than the Int'l. as the "trough" is more accomodating. As someone said earlier, an Int'l in exc. shape is worth close to 1k and should come with the orig. Parker Hale target sights.

The rifle that my father is holding ( lower right) is a BSA Martini International.
This photo was taken in 1952

This one is a Greener Martini cadet.
Notice the much smaller receiver , etc.
As Ben mentioned, the actions are completley different , except that both are a Martini style

Thew rifle I am holding here is an origianl martini henry , caliber 577/450 martini Henry.
This again is a completly different action, other than being a martini style.
It is huge, and the lever is purposly made long to help with sticky case exctraction!
The other two ar .22LR's BTW, this one takes a very large case with a bullet of around 480 to 500 grains, depending on the cartidge upgrades of the era.

Hope this helps t0o show the differencxes between the three.

Cat...whatever happened to your father's BSA Int'l.

My father sold his Martini to a lady that shot with the OSF at the time, and was on their executive board.
This was after C.I.L. started marketing Savage /Anschutz rifles ,1966 I think.

Susan , or Sylvia, something like that.
not sure of her last name.
I still have the case he made for it, however.
The inside of the case lid is covered in Dewar team patches!:)
