I just bought a single shot .22 from a buddys grandfather.it only weighs maybe 3 lbs.I just put 20 shots through it and it works like new.It ejects the spent shell.

The writing on the barrel says..."angiens etari issements pipper herstal -belgium brevete patented jan 12,1909 modele depose".

Anyone know anything about this gun?

well this has to be the oldest post I have brought back to life with a post but at least no one can rip on me for not using the search feature. I have a rifle that looks like the one above in post #4. Is Bayard a manufacturer? could the little .22 in my post be a bayard?
