Someone somewhere has the measure of length Sierra bullet 0.224'' 63 grains #1370 in mils.

In mils? Miliradians are a measure of angle, not of actual size which means that the number of miliradians would change given the distance from you.

Or are you translating from French and are looking for "millièmes" - Thousandths of an inch?

I might have some at home, I'll check and see.

I don't have any on hand to measure, but they do stabilize in a standard 1:14 twist if that's where you going with this.
