Need new sights for Puma Trapper.

I have a Blued Puma Trapper in .44 RM that requires new sights. The problems with my present sights are in order of severity problems:

1.) they can't be properly aligned, 4" left at 60 yards bullets due to the front sights insert being un-uniform in size so it will not properly fit the dovetail cut in barrel (digital caliper confirmed this).

2.) front sights brass bead is also damaged. Was lose and got bend and as hard as I tried I can't get it back in place properly so lining up on a target is not always easy.

3.) not a big fan of buck horn sights.

Any advice on what sights are good replacements? I have only scoped rifles (over top of the iron sight) and single bead shotguns so iron sights aren't something I use often despite the fact my rifles all have them as mentioned. This is my first true iron sight rifle and I was thinking a high visibility sights but not sure they would go well on the rifle or a Peep sight. I'm open to any advice given about what to use as a replacement or find more respectable looking ones for a M92 action.

Thanks

I posted the same thing about a month ago, and didnt get much by way of a reply. I was told there is a tool available that clamps the barrel and moves the front sight by turning a screw...but it's over $100 locally so I didn't bother.

Took it to a smith, he moved the REAR sight, it's quite easy to do, so much so that when it's lined up straight it's barely hanging on....I might have to hit it with a punch or something.

He did nothing with the front sight, on mine the brass bead is stuck on there crooked.

I would definitely be interested in any answer you find.

I had a puma drilled and tapped for a Lymann peep sight and it works well but I still need to order a slightly taller front sight from Steve. I think if I was drilling and tapping another puma I'd go with this rear sight,

What is it?

I think that the buckhorns off a Marlin 1895 GS will fit the rear dovetail. Camp Cook can confirm this as he had replaced his. Should be lots of them floating around as many of us have either mounted ghost rings or a scout mount on our GGs.

Do want, a ghost ring at that position, and a replaced front sight, would be EXACTLY what I want....ideal for this gun.

I believe it's an XS peep but give Steve a call he's a great guy.

edit here's a review on the sight,
