Need recommendation regarding a stock guru to remove varnish

I've got quite a valuable firearm in very nice original condition except for the fact that a previous owner down the line decided to varnish the stock heavily, the wood remains unsanded thankfully. I'm looking at getting this removed while keeping the wood and finish in it's original form. I don't want to attempt to tackle this problem for fear of creating a bigger problem so can someone recommend a wood expert out there?

Just use Circa 1851 stripper and a nylon brush.

under varnish the original finish is gone.
