Need recommendations for a flash hider or linear compensator

I am building up a new range toy and have the lower complete so far. I just ordered an upper and a 9" handguard today and am leaning towards a Ballistic Advantage 10.3" barrel. I'm going to avoid a muzzle brake as my PA M4-72 is bad enough on my 16" barreled rifle. I don't feel the need to rattle my teeth any more than that. So having said that, what flash hider or linear compensator would you recommend? I kind of like the looks of a flaming pig tucked into the handguard but mine will be too short for that.

I run a Smith Vortex on my 10.5" Takes the flash RIGHT out... not even a spark shooting crap Norinco during our night shoots. Highly recommend it as a FH.

PWS Triad. Nice and short, adds some compensation for muzzle rise, and I like the 3 prong look. Works for me, here’s mine in 5.56 and 7.62.

Flash suppressor and comp are two different animals. You kinda need to figure out if you want flash suppressor or compensation.

Things like Warcomp kinda do both, but it is not the best comp at all and flash suppression is kinda like the regular A2.

The S&J Linears are ok for reducing the concussion between 3-9 o'clock. Mine started to rust inexplicably, so I question the finish. if you're planning on having it recessed into your handguard, be wary of that.
