Hey There. I am looking to get a pump action shotgun. Budget is 700 or less all-in. I am looking for something that is very reliable that can be used to hunt anything from fowl to deer. Needs to either accept different barrels or chokes.

None other than Remington 870 Express combo.
Ithaca, Winchester, Mossberg, Remington, etc. all have rifled and smoothbore barrel options. You really need to handle as many as you can and see what fits you. The stock, forearm, location of the safety and action release buttons, etc. are all different and their actions feel different.
Where you are matters.
Reasonable budget. Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo, Ont., not the least expensive place, wants $520 for a Remington 870 Combo. Comes with a 26" Modified Rem-choked(other tubes run between $20 and $60. $10 for the tube wrench.) barrel and 20" rifled barrel(Ontario considers a rifled shotgun barrel to still be a shotgun for WMU's that are shotguns only. Asked 'em about it.). There's all kinds of aftermarket stuff for 870's too(Useless folding stocks, etc.).
Mind you, there's nothing wrong with the Mossberg Combo's. $556.19 for a 535 3.5" with 22", 28" vent rib fibre optic sights and a 24" rifled barrel, plus an Accuchoke set with an XXfull choke(turkey) and a synthetic stock. All in Mossy Oak camou. $493.75 for essentially the same thing(3 barrels) in an M500. Either would be a good buy. Not as much aftermarket stuff for M500's though. If that matters to you.
