Need remington 700 Barrel threads, bolt recess, and recoil lug rest specs

So ya... lost the paper with all the specs... If you know where I can find them, or if you have them, id appreciate it. Basically I am taking a blank, and I need the specs to do everything but the chamber. Again, its for a Remington 700 Long Action

threads are 1.0625 x 16 tpi, best to measure action and recoil lug to determine tenon length and bolt nose recess.

Don't ask for universal specs, measure the actual action.

With bolt in action measure with a depth mic.

Front of bolt lugs to face of action + your recoil lug - 10 thou = tenon length

Bolt nose counterbore = Front of lugs to action face - bolt nose to action face + .01

This will give your bolt .01 clearance when closed, bore the hole .705 generally.

If the rifle has been worked on in the past measure the pitch diameter, it may have been bored out to true it.

Yea, I know how to fit a barrel to an action, I just need the factory specs to get the rough dimensions.

Roughly - 16 tpi, thread diameter 1.058", thread length .880", recess in .155" with a diameter of .705".

I recommend you look around this guys file-share. He has full blueprints for the Remington 700 including a full receiver blueprint
