Try ebay. That's where i found all the side mount parts for my Mosin Nagant and they're universal to work with nearly all of those side mount style rifles (eg. AK, SKS, SVT 40).

That was the seller i used and even after shipping it in from the states it was still a quarter of the cost of getting them from the numerous canadian retailers I searched through. Sorry I can't help you out with the mag problem, everything i've ever seen for them have been the banana clips pinned at 5.
