I have a like-new Beretta A400 Upland semi-auto 12 gauge, and the bloody bold assembly won't go into the receiver. Does anyone know a good semi auto shotgun gunsmith. I phoned Stoeger multiple times, no response from them after several messages. Gun is only 3.5 years old.....crap! Thanks!

Have you tried YouTube.

The A400's are usually pretty slick going back together.
Is there some obvious problem with the gun.. staring back at you ? Have you had it apart before and had no issues ...or is this a reoccurring issue, or something new completely ?
Sorry...I'm inquisitive by nature...lol

The gun is eazy-peazy to disassemble and assemble, done it at least 10 times. No previous problems what-so-ever. It would be great if Stoeger would reply to me and maybe their gunmith can talk to me.

UPDATE: Problem Solved. While I was concentrating on the bolt not fitting into the receiver, the problem was at the other end. The main spring was not concentric, therefore the tubular magazine would not fit. A simple solution was to just align the main spring. Geez, talk about panic mode, especially during the bird season.
