Need some casting advice on sizing and sizing equipment

Now, I've been casting with Lee aluminum molds in .38 and .45 for a good while, but always the size-less micro band type.

My problem today is I need to cast a peculiar bullet, in a peculiar calibre (.41 Long Colt, .386" to .396" depending, with a hollow base). I've got a line on a .400" hollow base mold, perfect bullet weight at 185gr. My (dream) idea is to be able to size these .400" slugs down to a perfect match with my bore (gun will be awhile before it gets home, will have to slug it to see exact dimensions.).

Now I'd like a simple setup, is there anything I can use in my existing RCBS press in the form of a die? I know admittedly little of sizing...

If it is a low buck thing, LEE PRECISION ( www.leeprecision.com) has sizing dies for $17 u.s. and custom sizes for about $30 u.s. that can be used on a standard press. Both LYMAN and RCBS have similar lub/sizers that require more expensive dies but check out GUN SHOWS or www.ebay.ca "reloading equipment" located " in CANADA" You could try www.higginsonpowders.com they are a LEE distributer and their prices are quite good, but you have to ask them to email you a current price list.

Unfortunately the Lee system doesn't size in the ranges I need, it jumps from .358" to .401" :(

there is a LYMAN sizer/luber in the CGN EXCHANGE OF BITS AND PARTS for $100 right now. Also if in the LEE SITE where they list the sizes , right under that it says " customer services" click there they have custom sizers and molds they cost a little more but if you have something that needs custom it is the cheap way to go.
