I came up with a muzzle velocity of 2525 FPS. Reverse engineering his numbers came the closest to this velocity. Sorry but I am not converting your drops into mils, doing the math do convert your mils into MOA was pain enough for tonight.
Max Point blank range is 257 yds when zeroed at 218 yds.
