Need some DAC394 parts advice!

I'd like to do some modifications to a DAC394 kit which has yet to arrive.

I'd like to install night sights but I don't know which one would be best manufacturer, Trijicon?

As for grips, I was wondering about the E2 P228 grips vs. the Hogue G10?

Also, how hard would it be to install an SRT into one?

Finally, who sells all these parts?
