Hi I just got my first semi-auto moosy 935 today,when I strip and oil it before I use it (someone teach me from CGN )I discovered there is a wood stick in the magazine tube,Does it means that it blocked and 3 shots only (2 shots in the mag tube and I shot in the chamber ?? ) I couldn't loaded the third shots into the mag tube,so it's ready for water fowl hunt ,is it right ?? what are the stock spacer system use for ?? for reduce the recoil or adjust something ?? no idea,how to use it and how many pieces I should install into the stock ???what size I should install in it ? or just forget it,it doesn't matter for shooting ??? can I shoot slug with IMP.CYLINDER that comes with the gun or have to buy the designated choke for slug shooting cause the booklet say so,was anyone tried shot slug with I.C that comes with the gun ??? any help would be appreciated,thanks a lot!!!
 
The plug blocks the Mag too 2 shells + 1 in the chamber for hunting. The stock spacer is to adjust the gun for your own fit. With the 935 you cannot shoot slugs unless you buy a rifled slug barrel, because the smoothe bore barrels are the same diameter as a 10 gauge barrel.
 
Yes, the wooden spacer is to limit the capacity of your magazine. you can always trim it if you are having trouble fitting the appripriate number of rounds into the shotgun.

The metal spacers will change the drop angle of the stock. For example, if you are using the bead or sights, then it may be more comfortable to have the stock in it's present configuration. If you decide to mount a scope, then you may want to have your line of sight come up a little higher to comfortably look through the scope. They're are very easy to change by removing the recoil pad and then a large nut.

As for the best choke for the slugs, general consensus seems to suggest the Improved cylinder is best, although you really need to experiment based on what type of ammunition your shotgun prefers. Just make sure to read the warnings on your barrel. If I recall, some of Mossberg's over-bored barrels are not suitable for slugs.

the spacer are there to make shouldering of the shotgun more comfortable, try to pattern your shotgun and see if the point you aim is the same as the point of impact.
If not, adjust the drop accordingly
spacer are for lenght of pull, drop are for sighting the weapon
 
is it necessary to install spacer ?what would you recommend the size to install in it, cause I feel o.k when I hold the gun and haven't test fire yet,so no idea how many spacer or what number have to install in it,moreover I won't mount the scope on it,I just use it for duck and goose hunt,anymore help ??? thanks a lot!!!
 
just leave it as it is, don't try to fix what ain't broke :)
As long as you don't try it I can't help you since every gun don't fit the same on everyone.
Try shooting some clay and pattern the gun on box or target sheet to see if the shots get where you are pointing (from a shooting bench or a table where you won't move)
