Need some help/ideas for a stock I'm hoping to build.

I wanna make a custom buttpad and some plastic parts.

1. Is there a butpad blank that I can cut/shape to the needed form?

2. Is there a plastic that Is easy to pour/shape and is durable once set?

I am not quite sure what you want to do. There are lots of buttpads/buttplates available. There are adjustable buttplate mounting systems. All sorts of casting epoxies.

For the buttpad I'd just like a basic pad that can be cut and shaped with relative ease.

I'm totally unfamiliar with casting epoxies so I'm just wondering if there is something people are commonly using for gun parts.

Custom buttpad

I've always just gone with a grind-to fit Pachmayr Decelerator pad. They work great, and they are super comfy. I tried a Limbsaver pad on one rifle, but it wouldn't grind properly and looked terrible as a result.
