Your 12 gauge 3" ( 12-76 mm) chambered gun has nominal bore diameters of 18.5 mm or 0.728" - pretty much standard for European 12 gauges.
Choke on the left barrel is 18.3 mm or 0.720" ... about .008" or roughly Improved Cylinder. ( Nominal 12 ga. I/C = .010" )
Although your photograph is good, the right barrel marking is indistinct, I assume because of wear.... but best guess is that it may have read 18.0mm or 0.708" approximately 0.020" choke or Modified. One of the more typical choke combinations
for double barrel field guns.
The correct way to accurately determine dimensions is with a bore gauge (micrometer) - and the optimum way to determine actual choke performance is by patterning.
