Need some help with this Shotgun!!!

I'm trying to figure out what this shotgun is. I can't find anything stamped on it at all. If somebody could help me out that would be great! I've tried google images and have looked at hundreds and hundreds of pictures but none seem to be quite the same as this one.

Unusual gun, appears to me to be continental (shape of fences and horn behind trigger guard), but the Jones under lever action is shaped like a British gun.....

It's not clear, but the marks on top of barrel and action appear British but they are in the wrong place....

Looks tiny, what gauge is it?

We can help more if you change the link to "img" the bottom option in the photobucket menu, also please ad photos of mechanism securing forend and the markings on flats where barrels and action meet.

sorry guys that's why it says I'm a newbie because I don't have a clue how to post pictures in here. seems complicated to me and I had to try and figure out that photo bucket thing last night too lol. I'll see what I can do about the links. Thanks for your help guys.
