Need some scope help.

I recently bought a Steven 200 in .270 for my wife and just yesterday received my Bushnell 3200 3-9X40 to go on top. Problem is with standard weaver bases and rings, the scope is about 1/4" too small to fit.

I am living on PEI where we have limited resources at out local shop. I guess I need either a longer scope (trades anyone) or a solid scope rail (may interfere with loading) or offset rings.

My question is who makes good offset rings and where can i find them?

All you need is an extension ring and weaver make them, but only in medium and high.
