How hard is it to come by 10mm ammunition? Is it significantly more expensive than .40? I'd really like to get out and try it sometime. I'm wondering how I could handle it. I'm used to handling .40, but I imagine 10mm is got a lot more punch.

I have a S&W 1066. Only put 1 box through it. Recoil wasn't bad at all.

The knock down power of a 10mm is pretty damn cool. we were shooting pepper poppers. First to knock down 2, won. I shot aagainst a guy with a 40 and a guy with a 9mm. I double tapped against the 40 and won. The 9mm I had only 2 rounds left. 1 shot per popper and mine dropped first.

10mm is on the expensive side. I did have problems finding it at first. Waited around 3 months for a case to show up.

i ordered a glock 29, and im still waiting for it. I picked up a couple boxes of 10mm and it was around 26$ a box of 50. I just hate the .40 round. i had a g22, and i didnt like it at all. Ive also owned, g17, g37. Cant wait for the g29!
