Cutting down a stainless bawrill, what does it entail?
Chawp saw, cork screw and then?
How does one finish the cut face?
Stainless go right thru or is it just a coating?

Have it in me tete to chawp the Hawkeye down pint sized.

Pros...…..?

Cons...…?

Luke, stainless used for firearms barrels isn't a lot harder than the steel used in carbon steel receivers.

I've done several and it helps to have a lathe to face off and crown the muzzle. Other than that, a good hacksaw blade will take it off easily.

Why not just trade it for a Rem Mod 7?

Interesting video yoyomamamamas.
Thanks

Joey, nice try...……...

What's the going rate for dewn this bawrill modification?

Nope....they are a copy of those cutters. Valves are usually 30°-45°

Nope. They are an assembled kit of essentially off the shelf parts, plus some custom mandrels.

I don't have any particular hardon for an 11 degree muzzle over a 15 degree one, so like as not I'd just order a off the shelf cutter rather than waiting for them to get around to making a special for me.

Honestly, the real magic is the cutter insert itself. The rest anyone with a crappy mini lathe could make.

Feel free to believe, but all I see is someone who saw a different use for an essentially bog standard valve seat tool, and is making good markup for doing so.
